Nice apartment

I like the Jr. 1 bed/1 bath that I'm currently living in. It's cozy and has a decent view of the park across the street. The AC is positioned a little strangely and doesn't quite reach the bedroom area, but it cools down the apartment well enough. Also, the windows don't face the sun directly, so it naturally stays cool through the morning, saving from having to turn on the AC. My parking situation is a bit strange as taking the garage opener with you is a better idea than leaving it in the car, but it's a minor inconvenience. It is located near a major freeway, so getting around Los Angeles isn't a problem from here (other than dealing with the usual LA traffic).

A place that feels like home!

Homey, comfortable units in a friendly neighborhood! The park across the street is one of the main reasons we never want to move. The amenities are nothing special with limited use the past 12 months due to renovation and covid. The property management company leaves a lot to be desired. The staff is friendly and the maintenance team goes above and beyond when they can. The other tenants are friendly and respectful.
