Parking is Sooo bad you guys said you hired a company to control it but they’re never here. Washing and dryers are always broken or WiFi doesn’t work to use them get all of it under control we pay a lot of money to live here and be able to park and wash our clothes. People park in the OPEN carport spots for months and years where no one else is able to use them that’s not fair.

I like it living here but lately according maintaining this place nice and clean needs a lot work and clean the grass also laundry's are not working properly

This place definitely has more people living in it than it's supposed to. The laundry room is always a mess, flooded, and is always operating at a crippled capacity.
