I really appreciate the location of this apartment complex and how affordable it is compared to many others in the area. The community here is genuinely kind and welcoming—mostly Spanish-speaking—but even though I only speak English, I still feel included and supported. The apartment manager is truly the best I’ve ever had: patient, helpful, and consistently going above and beyond. The rest of the staff is just as wonderful, which makes living here an even better experience. There’s a real sense of community, from the food trucks to the small neighborhood gatherings that bring everyone together. I would highly recommend this place—not just for the value, but for the safety, the community atmosphere, and how great it is for families,

Actual management nor nice nor helpful Parking is a disaster The laundry room has at least 3-4 washing machines down at all time and dirt everywhere Cleaning is done in front of the building especially when someone from the office is announced
