The apartments themselves look nice but be careful dealing with the property mangers are hard. Due to my daughter’s disability she has dog with ESA letter from her primary care doctor. They have a 3rd paryy company who dors give the approval for your pets and even if you dont have a pet you still have to go though them and fill the forms. They were asking my daughter to tell about her health conditions which is unlawful. When we asked them to contact the primary doctor, for further information they refused. When we contacted the property managers, Mary and Erika not only they weren’t helpful, they wrte rude and told us that you are not denied but your pet is denied so they were telling us that if we leave our dog in the street, we can get the apartment keys. We told them then we can move to this apartment since our pet is a part of our family and cant leave him behind, Erika threatened us that she will make us to pay for 60 days for the place that we even havent step a foot in. Now i want you judge yourselves if you want to live in these apartments or not.

This place was decent. Cost was fair, however there were some small issues youd deal with at any peoperty. Since they started assigning parking spots. Raising rent, and doing nothing about service request.
