Fair for the price
Live in a one bedroom with my hubby. As far as San Diego prices go...high but pretty decent for the location, safety and property management. They keep the property clean. I feel safe. It's Cali so rent prices are rent prices but as far as the community and neighborhood I like it. I would feel safe having a family here.
