People not smoking in designated smoking area. Smoking in the house and common areas and bothering others with the smell and smoke and contamination of the air around.

Comfortable place to live

It has been good except that the laundry has issues doesnt wash right or its machines are broken, the pool isn't always available the jacuzzi has been out of order forever but when I moved was told it would be open soon, cameras on building parking don't really work they aren't clear and rent is too expensive for this to be an issue. management and maintenance people are amazing truly above and beyond.
