Washer

I like the place but it’s disappointing about the wasger It took me hours to do laundry because the washer stop at each stage of the whole cycle. Like yiu have to push the button after wash, runse and select the drain and spin separately.

Great! However, the instructions for parcel pending and package delivery need to be much clearer and improved. Sometimes, the mail carrier randomly places our packages in the mailroom, leaving us clueless about where to find them.

Great place for students and young families

We are a family of 3 with a 2-year-old baby. We lived here for 2 years. We really like the location, it's close to our work and shopping, and lots of fun kinds of stuff to do in Irvine. The good thing we noticed about this apartment is that we don't hear neighbors at all, so they have thick walls and good windows to block outside noise. We like that it was all brand new when we moved in, brand new gym, brand new pool, and jacuzzi. Friendly and helpful management and maintenance come right away.

Frequent unscheduled emergency alarm tests

The management conducts fire/emergency alarm tests about once a month or so, but usually does not provide any notification to residents. The alarm is quite loud and unsettling, and in the absence of any notification by management, you are forced to abandon whatever it is you were doing and leave the building. Repeated "false alarms" of this nature (and there have been many) will likely lead to some residents ignoring the alarm entirely - a clear safety issue.
