Nice people but several misrepresentations

Lately, we've been using a lot of water to get hot water, meaning that even when we turn on the hot water, cold water runs for a very long time. And that's probably why our bills are going up. The elevator is often broken.

I just moved in recently, and I am very happy with the outcome. The response time to maintenance takes a while for it to get to. Parking outside the garage is difficult but the designated spots are amazing.
