Today, December 10, 2025, I received service for a leaking faucet. Maintenance service employer Juan Tavor demonstrated professionalism, and I felt secure. The job was completed clean and neatly. He is a perfect example that is needed throughout this community.

Not worth the money considering the rent goes up every year but there are no additional amenities added. Perhaps NO.INCREASES in rent for at least a 5-year period for long-term tenants could become an amenity.

Neighbors are loud at night and play music after hours. Kid can’t sleep. They leave trash everywhere. The laundry is NOT open 24 hrs. Everything breaks in the apartment and it’s old. Ants come in when it’s hot and when it rains. The staff lied about the gym and they fired her but now I’m stuck in a lease.
