Very Satisfied
I have lived in this building for a little over a year and very satisfied. I feel extremely safe and there is a strong sense of community within the building. My maintenance requests are met quickly and are usually followed by a call by the management team. Being so close to Runyon Canyon, it's easy to escape the hustle and bustle of the city. Can be loud at night at times being close to Hollywood Blvd, but I feel like most places in the city are like that. Overall, very happy with this apartment.
Live here ASAP! A hidden Hollywood gem!
Incredible experience! Minh is the best property manager I've ever worked with. Santos is an incredible maintenance director. Jessenya is the sweetest assistant manager and constantly working hard. Building is incredibly clean all the time (thank you Ricardo!) and it's in a prime location- right next to Runyon. Superb amenities as well- especially the sauna and pool area. Love love love living here!
Great Place!
Love living at the summit, the staff is amazing. I wish the pool area was more well-maintained, and that the common areas looked nicer, such as the lobby. Other than the pool area it’s great
