I've lived here about a year, and it's pretty nice. The apartments themselves are really nice and well lit with multiple balconies. It's conveniently located right behind a strip mall with a Ralph's grocery store, and 99 Cents store, and a CVS pharmacy, so you can walk to get stuff. There's a little bit of noise, and a little bit of a homeless problem in the area, but the apartments are gated, and I'm okay with it. The only complaint is that it takes a while for maintenance to get to issues.

I've been here only about 5 months, but it is pretty nice. It's a gated apartment, so there's extra security. The apartments are pretty large, and each room has its own bathroom, which is super convenient. The balconies make the apartments well lighted. The only downside is that you will hear air traffic from LAX, but it doesn't bother me.

The leasing company will sometimes make a mistake and then argue that there's nothing they can do about it due to a policy or a decision of the owner. But the owner is hard to reach directly. You have to deal with them. Just one example: last year they configured slightly lower monthly payments here on RentCafe, then several months later they charged us for the difference (which is totally fine) PLUS LATE PAYMENT FEES, as if it wasn't their mistake! On the phone, they repeatedly said "we cannot waive these fees" and refused to let us speak directly with the owner.

Recently constructed, well maintained, quiet neighborhood.
