It’s a very pleasant living area that’s quiet & well-kept. The neighbors & office personnel are very courteous, as well as maintenance.

It's a nice and quiet place its just some of the lights and one toilet is not working properly

We've lived here three years this month and are very happy. On the rare occasion when we've had any problem it has been resolved satisfactorily and very quickly. Our unit is like a townhouse, but with no common walls - a single family detached home. We're located on a drive ending in a cul-de-sac with a total of fifteen units. We're close to our neighbors, but not too close - there is plenty of privacy. And speaking of neighbors . . . good neighbors are everything and we have good neighbors. We all look out for each other, help one another when needed, and are ever alert to making sure we're all secure. We could not ask for better neighbors.

6+ years. No upgrades done to the property until recent exterior wood painting.
