The management and staff seem completely inactive. I've never seen anyone cleaning the common areas; trash is piling up both on the property and outside, sometimes for months without being cleared. The green spaces around the property are neglected, full of trash, and dog waste, with the grass and plants dying. I'm not sure what’s happening, but the property is quickly deteriorating and starting to feel like a neglected area.

I wish management company would put more emphasis in the maintenance of the apartment building. From the simple repair requests, to basic maintenance to the common areas.

Lived here since 2010. My unit is well maintained with only minor upkeep like blinds (maybe like 2 years ago some one came & said that my living room blinds will be replaced), cabinet hinges & after 13 years of use and never had a problem, the garbage disposal broke but was changed the other day. My manager Esmeralda is very professional, approachable, kind, & with pleasant personality. She readily responds to my texts or for any questions that I may have. However, parking is problematic - I never got my second parking space. Also, since I've been here this long, shouldn't the carpet be changed by now? All other units have now wood laminates - which I understand that new tenants get that, & also how difficult that would be to do this as I have tons of stuff, I don't have the muscle to move even the smallest furniture. Overall, this a pleasant place to live. My unit is large & nice. Quiet neighbors & safe neighborhood.

I’ve lived in these apartments for about 4 years. This location is very convenient for my house hold. The schools are within walking distance. The building is fairly quiet during the day with the exception of those few barking dogs that will bark at anyone who comes near their residence. The evenings are somewhat quiet as well but we do have young children in the in our complex so you may hear when they are running up and down the stairs and in the summer when they have water fights. Which will impact the water usage that is not included and is charged by a third party. I have had very few maintenance requests which I feel were handled in a timely manner and by capable personnel. I find it easy to communicate with management. Personally I enjoy my unit. I am able to dismiss the barking dogs and the unattended children running about. As a result this apartment complex is just fine for me and my sons.
