Live in Granada hills Ca in 16930 Blackhawk

first of all all the cabinets in the bathroom and the kitchen are old and hasn’t been changed for 20 years. We have 2 cars and we just have one spot for parking. There is a lot of noises and you can get enough rest

The maintenance are good and Love the manager. She is very quick when it comes to responding to the e-mails and sending people for fixing stuff. We have 3 cars and the parking is not enough. Lot of noises coming from the street, but the neighbors are quiet. We don’t have enough warm water in our kitchen.
