I lived on this property from1997-1999 and now from 2018 to present. The units here were originally summer cottages, so closet space, kitchen cabinets and counter space, and some flooring options have been upgraded in most units. The property is rural feeling but close to shopping, so that's a great benefit for residents who like a less manicured landscape but convenience of location. This is a unique place and some people will love it, and others might consider it funky or old. The only change I wish I could make is to add laundry, but because the property is on septic, we cannot. Parking for guests would be helpful as well, but we all try to work around that. If you are considering a unit here, I recommend you drive over and take a look first. Charming and quiet but not for everyone.
