If you like to stay at home, this place is great

Amabel is awesome! She is half the reason why i got this apartment. The place is well maintained except for doggo poop here and there due to irresponsible owners. Mostly quiet unless its during the day time. This place is right next to the freeway so air quality might not be the best. Neighbors are super cool and they look out after each other. Another down side is laundry machine always breaking and frontgate bell is broken for at least a year.
