I would not recommend this apartment complex. The biggest issue isn’t just the building itself, it’s how management handles problems when they arise. Upon move in a mailbox key was not provided by the apartment complex. Instead we had to wait for one from USPS for nearly six months, leaving us without proper access to our mail the entire time. That should have been treated as a priority, but it wasn’t. Parking is another major problem. Three-bedroom units only come with one assigned parking space, and there is no guest parking. That leaves additional residents and visitors searching for parking over a half a mile away. Management was difficult to work with. Instead of working with residents to resolve legitimate concerns, it often felt like issues were ignored or met with little urgency. When major problems came up, there was very little effort to find reasonable solutions or communicate effectively. Management makes a huge difference in the living experience. If you’re looking for a place where resident concerns are taken seriously and problems are addressed promptly, I would recommend looking elsewhere.

This used to be a great place to live. New management came in about two years ago and this place has been devolving ever since. Like many other places, the management doesnt give a hoot about their tenants and look for ways to charge more money without providing any value in return. They added BBQ pits, a dog park, and some other ammenities that virtually nobody uses. The parking here is disastrous even though everyone gets charged more for it and they blindly tow tenants. There is no weight limit on dogs and I see careless tenants who let their dogs walk with no leash, nor do they clean up after their dogs. The only good, if not exceptional thing about this place is that their maintenance crew is top tier. German is earnest, diligent and a professional. He’s 90% of the reason why this place is maintained well, and hes the one employee, outside of Hailey (she works in the office), who actually cares about the tenants and does their best to serve them. This place used to have great value, but all the new management has done is placed a silk hat on a pig for the most part. They’re inept, insincere, and a nuisance to deal with. Pay a couple more dollars and live elsewhere.
