Great place to live!
I've been here for 11 years now! I love the lush landscape, the amenities (pool, gym, laundry room), parking, and most of all, the maintenance! In buildings constructed in the '70s, they need top maintenance to keep things working, repaired, and freshened up. Stephanie and Jenny in the Leasing Office are superb, as are Maintenance guys Felipe and Raul! Rents are expensive everywhere, but at least you have a consistently nice place to come home to!

Improving Every Year
This will be our fourth year at Cinnamon Ridge, and our experience has improved with each year that passes. The current management team is the best yet. Jenny and Stephanie are responsive and professional. They address any issues that arise and keep the complex clean and safe. Maintenance handles needs right away and is courteous. Parking isn't an issue if you follow the rules and have two cars.

MANAGEMENT IS VERY NICE AND FRIENDLY. MOST OF THE NEIGHBORS ARE GOOD PEOPLE. ONCE IN A WHULE YOU GET A RUDE NIEGHBOR, BUT JUST LET MANAGEMENT KNOW AND THEY WILL HANDLE IT. OVERALL GREAT NIEGHBORHOOD AND SAFE.
