I've been here for 11 years now! I love the lush landscape, the amenities (pool, gym, laundry room), parking, and most of all, the maintenance! In buildings constructed in the '70s, they need top maintenance to keep things working, repaired, and freshened up. Stephanie and Jenny in the Leasing Office are superb, as are Maintenance guys Felipe and Raul! Rents are expensive everywhere, but at least you have a consistently nice place to come home to!
