I would not recommend living here, but it is the best I could find at the time.
High rent increases
Resided here now for our 3rd year, and it's been great. The only complaint, a major complaint, is the fact that they've raised rent unreasonably high over those years. Something like 7-8% one of those years. They force you to resign your lease year by year, and they won't allow for you to go month by month at your prior rate on following years. If you do choose to go month to month, the rate per month increases by close to $1000. This seems unreasonable in light of tenants paying rent on time and staying in residence.

We have lived here going onto 4 years and are very happy here except for the noise of little children in the parking lot and hallway when they are visiting someone. We received a 3 day notice for noise when we were moving in so we would appreciate the same noise restrictions.
Thins walls make you listen to flushing toilets
Very thin inner walls forces you to listen to upstairs neighbors flushing the toilet. Poorly insulated outer walls as well. They allow dogs, but you better not let your dog bark or you will be evicted. They have weaponized the lease agreement you sign using it as a control method.
