too noisy

While the location of this complex is convenient, the quality of residential life could be improved. There is a lot of noise pollution, children are running around in the streets unsupervised, dogs are barking non stop throughout the night, and maintenance has still not fixed our vent in our bathroom after 2 requests.

Hello, Need more explanations the first day from the team about : Where are mail box, how are working wash machine ( card , where to find the card , trash etc..) The parking spot is not near the building and under a tree , , I’m still waiting that the staff do an inventory about free parking spot near to the building and change our spot. My Mercedes has a lot of Bird poo due to the tree! Maintenance team fixed the garbage zinc and changed the mosquito balcony door in very short time ??

Waterstone apartments are good

I have been living here since 8 months. I like my apartment because of the views and of course I am paying a little high for that. Everything is good here. The staff, maintenance, location. I would recommend this to others.

Great place

It is a great place to live, we are here for 5 months, the amenities are not bad, pool, business center, gym, tennis court, child playground, however, due to the COVID most of them are close, or operating with restrictions. the staff is friendly and ready to help you with your requirements, we have not had to face a great challenge with the maintenance team, a pair of calls, and them resolved on time. However, if you don't like the child, it isn't the place for you, a lot of kids everywhere. the noise lever for us is in the average or the usual for a place with families and kids. Don't stress yourself, if you could share the common spaces with families with kids, it isn't your place, as well it is smoking free.
