friendly neighbors

Parking is a big issue with this location. I have recommended parking passes multiple times but property managers never seem to think its doable. Furthermore, management is a big issue. Since moving in last year I have met 4 different managers and many times details are lost with every new transition. Maintenance could use some work, however, I understand it is a little hard with only 2 maintenance workers in a complex with at least 200 people. Neighbors are very friendly and I have never had a problem with anyone who lives here so that is very commendable. Furthermore, the location is amazing with a grocery store, gym, and water store right across the street.

Hot Mess

This entire apartment complex needs a complete makeover. All the units need new appliances, ventilation, as well as a AC/Heater unit replaced. Secondly, we don't have adequate security patrols onsite as well as any security cameras install for more protection for residents. There have more been numerous occasions where I have spotted unhoused individuals roaming through the aparment parking lot and as well as the common areas. Lastly, the management team needs to be replaced as well.

Need better resident and office communication. Very difficult to correspond with office manager. Cannot receive my mail at my mailbox because the box is broken. I have to pick it up at the post office. THIS is a problem. .Because I do not drive. When will this be resolved?

quiet place to live.

staff do not usually answers the phone when you try to call them in the office. laundry machines are not working properly, parking areas need more lighting and should be more stricted to residents only and should not be open to public for safety. most of the time there are big business trucks parked leaving the residents no parking spots at all.
