Pets allowed. Pet Restrictions: Crystal Springs Apartments will accept up to two indoor pets per apartment with dogs only allowed in specified dog locations. Cats and dogs must be spayed/neutered, licensed and inoculated as required by local law for each animal. Resident must keep license and inoculations current within the local municipality. All other types of animals must be caged. Reptile and fish tanks cannot exceed 25 gallons without management approval. Tanks exceeding 25 gallons will only be allowed in first floor apartments. Animals trained to assist blind, deaf, or other disabled individuals are always permitted. Dog Breed Restrictions: Dogs are restricted by breed and Shea Apartments does not allow any of the following breeds or any mix of the following breeds: Akita, Bullmastiff, Chow Chow, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherd, Mastiff, Shar Pei, Rottweiler, Pit Bull Terrier including Staffordshire Terrier, Am. Staffordshire Terrier or Bull Terrier, Presa Canario or Wolf Dog. Professional, staff and maintenance. Parking can be challenging

Apartments are descent They are located in a very nice area and in general the community is very quiet. Parking is not great. A 2 bedroom unit comes with one parking and another with a permit hut you have yo find parking. Thats always hard since there are so many people living in the community. The side wakks are super narrow. The laundry units are just the absolute worst! Thats my biggest complaint. They NEVER WORK! And also they wash the clothes good. Over all, the apartments are not worth the price. You could find something bigger, same area, with better stuff for less.

After living at Chrystal springs apts for 5 years, I can say the Maintenance staff has always been excellent. They are responsive, courteous, and knowledgeable. The office staff on the other hand, has had its ups and downs, and many changeovers in the past five years. Currently the office staff seems sparse and not always present to answer questions.. the voicemail box of the office phone is almost always full and cannot accept new messages. The maintenance staff seems far more knowledgeable and present than the office staff. For an apartment complex that steadily raises the rent each year, I would expect much more of the office staff. The main pool often has people swimming making noise playing music after 10 PM. There have been no notices sent to the residents either by email or mail that the pool closes at 10 PM. Having to call the Courtesy Patrol when the people in the pool are still there at 10 PM is not the best option either as their voicemal is often full and they do not respond for half an hour or so. The grounds are kept up beautifully and the maintenance staff is very responsive. But there does seem to be a lack of concern and care from the office staff for the residets who live here. I would give Crystal Springs apartment complex a C if asked to rate it.
