Too Expensive

Visitor parking is nonexistent due to most tenants owning 3 plus cars and using their garages as storage units, workshops, tattoo parlors, etc. (using visitor parking instead of assigned parking spaces). Not everyone is treated equally here. I've been paying for parking here and come to find out some people living here don't have to pay for parking. There is no justifiable reason for that. But the people I've spoken to who don't pay for their parking spaces appear to have a friendly relationship with property management. I've also put in maintenance request for minor issues and instead of replacing small items that need replacing (doors, handles, window blinds, etc.), I've witnessed maintenance zip tie, duct tape, and superglue things back together. A great temporary fix, I guess. I usually just pay out of pocket to fix what needs fixing. As much as I pay to stay here, I would expect a little more concern for my living conditions. The only good part about living here is the tenants. Everyone is friendly and keeps to themselves. No issues with my neighbors up to this point, and I don't expect any in the future. The area around the property can be noisy on the weekends (party music, farm animals, dogs, etc.) I just hope that the maintenance and equality issues are addressed in the future. And yes, these issues have been brought to the attention of the property management. Because I know this question will come up in the future.
