I like it here

I like it here it's nice and quiet. I feel safe. The bus stop is right out front and it's also walking distance to the stores, schools and park. The Management and maintenance guys are all friendly and nice. I haven't had any problems here so I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants a safe place to live.

I love it here. I feel safe here. The location is great it's walking distance to many stores, schools and parks. I've been here since 2000 so that in itself speaks volume about this place. It's a great place to live. The management is great, friendly and helpful. The maintenance guys are friendly and they fix what needs fixing. I haven't had any issues since I've been living here, no mold or roach problems. In my opinion keeping any place where you live clean is key. My neighbors are great, friendly but they mind their business, we respect each other's privacy but still communicate. I know people who have been here just as long as me and even longer. That says a lot about this place. I highly recommend this place to live. I call this home and I'm comfortable here.

I've lived here for a little over a year and this place needs several improvements. The hot water is inconsistent, its a guessing game on whether the water is going to be hot when you get home from work or wherever. Every other day your apartment smells like weed because the residents that live in the same building as you smoke weed everyday. The electric stoves are an inconvenience due to the amount of time you have to wait for them to get hot vs a gas stove. This place should have assigned parking because when you get home someone will have taken your parking spot and often times its someone living in a completely different building from yours or a resident's guess. The laundry rooms aren't maintained properly, there are towel and hand sanitizers dispensers that are always empty and the machines aren't cleaned out most of the time. The AC Units need to be upgraded as they don't get cold like they're suppose to and the Vent filters need to be replaced which they haven't been since I moved in. The electric gate is always broken so people can just drive in and out. There are also several breaches in the fencing around the apartment complex. The place is called luxury apartments but its not maintained properly. This place makes too much money on a monthly/yearly basis to not be maintained like it should be, and not to mention rent, water, and the laundry have all went up in costs in one yr.
