Maintenance is bad and they don’t fix the problems that need to be fixed even though they have been requested multiple times

I have been living here for Many years. My biggest complaint is that the Owners/Management are not quick to respond in repairing things until month & months or years, once damage has been extreme, then tenants are blamed or Management thinks it was tenants fault for the damage and expected to pay out of pocket for repairs. Fortunately Im not destructive and overall my apartment is in great condition considering time of living here, NO major issues, thankfully, but over time there are natural wear n tear, and these are the things that I don't agree I should have to pay for, UNLESS I damaged it. It also seems like increase in rent is now more frequent and quick do do so, but not with maintenance/repairs.
