It's a very good community to live in. At times, I wish the rent would not go up as frequently as it has, but I know with the way things are in the economy, it is inevitable. Life goes on.

Laundry rooms need to be bigger and install more machines in good conditions. Bad maintenance.

not the best amenities, washing machines are always out as well as the dryers. parking only for one car is very inconvenient.
