Bakery Lofts Three

Just our line is not too good. The hot water stays hot. No good communication with management understanding the tenants need

In October we had to move after a fire happened in our apartment. We were living jn a hotel and frantically looking for a new apartment. Thankfully I found bakery lofts and Darius, who helped me a long the way with applying. He bent over backwards to help us out even on moving in day. Since then it has been smooth sailing. Super grateful to have washers and dryers. The maintenance staff is really fast at fixing things and its peaceful here.

Ive lived in bakery lofts for about 6 months now and have has little to no issues! This location is great central place for an east bay worker. Quiet at night, inside and outside neighborhood. Spacious units with modern fixtures. Only downside would be no laundry in unit, all though offered on site. As well as packages are very hard to recieve. Darius who works in the front is great, and made moving in easy. Overall, i love it so far and would recommend

I have been here 3 months. It is the best home I have had. It is safe, clean, and in a great location. I love it.

My unit for the price was the best I saw, I am on the corner and it gives more light, and I am grateful for that. I would like a closer parking spot. There are also things that were never really provided or explained when I moved in, like programming my unit in the directory at the front gate and the laundry app etc. More information could have been provided.

My unit is quiet and I can barely tell rhat I have neighbours. Management is very nice to speak with (shout out to Darius, he's great). The complex is trendy, if in some general disrepair, but the unit is fine and Ive had no issues.
