Bakery Lofts Three

The apartment itself is great! Good location for commuting and central to everything I need! My apartment is always too warm, even with all the windows open, making it hard to sleep. The parking spots are far too narrow, so it’s difficult to get out of my car. The street noise isnt your fault, but its still a downside. The water pressure on my shower s never enough to rinse my hair, but at least theres always hot water. I’ve tried stopping by the office several times, but there’s often no one available. My online portal rent price doesn’t match what’s on my lease, and I’ve had a hard time getting a good explanation for why.

I've live here for Almost 6 years and can't complain

Dog droppings throughout the whole apartment complex. Trash overflowing and left all over the trash area. Amenities slightly damaged upon move in. Noise is very loud due to then walls. Can hear neightbors from above and on the sides.

Just our line is not too good. The hot water stays hot. No good communication with management understanding the tenants need

In October we had to move after a fire happened in our apartment. We were living jn a hotel and frantically looking for a new apartment. Thankfully I found bakery lofts and Darius, who helped me a long the way with applying. He bent over backwards to help us out even on moving in day. Since then it has been smooth sailing. Super grateful to have washers and dryers. The maintenance staff is really fast at fixing things and its peaceful here.

Love the location and tall ceilings. Worst leasing manager, rude dismissive and harsh. Nothing got in done with my warped window facing the street side, I cant close it and its dangerous. For 1 year they have given me the runaround nothing came of it. Still broken.
