Since moving into ArtHaus Yerba Buena, my overall experience has been very disappointing. When I chose to live here, I expected a well-managed building where residents could feel comfortable, respected, and confident that concerns would be handled promptly. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience. Over time, I have found myself feeling increasingly frustrated with how issues have been handled and with the level of responsiveness from management. Living in an apartment should provide a sense of comfort, privacy, and peace of mind. Instead, my experience here has often left me feeling stressed and unheard when trying to address concerns related to my living space. What has been most disappointing is the lack of timely follow-through when problems arise. It has often felt like getting assistance requires repeated requests and a great deal of patience on my part. As a resident, I believe it is reasonable to expect clear communication and dependable support from building management. Choosing where to live is an important decision, and I moved here expecting a positive and professionally managed environment. Unfortunately, my experience has not met those expectations. Rather than feeling comfortable in my home, I have often felt frustrated by the lack of responsiveness and attention to resident concerns. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and that steps are taken to improve the overall experience for residents moving forward.
