I have lived in this location for 8 months, the location is very good, very convenient. Parking is not too bad, it can be work out. The BART noise is not bad, we got used to it and it is no problem at all. The only problem we have is the upstairs neighbors. They are very noisy on weekends and they have noisy parties way past 11pm. I had complained to management and personally knock at their door and request they quiet down.

I've been living here now for nine years and I've had an extremely healthy experience with the staff, maintenance and neighbors. It's a great location, very safe and a great place for family or if you're single saving up for a home like me.

On the most part, everything about living here is good, however, a noise from neighbors and very loud cars is disturbing-other than that the staff is excellent and the grounds are very very well-kept!!
