lived here for 2 1/2 years. gated community. space was well maintained upon move in. nothing flashy, just a solid space. pretty quiet, but duarte is a quiet city. staff and the price is what kept us here for a bit longer than we thought. joseph is a great manager and always takes care of his tenants, auggie and maintenance staff always on top of any issues in the unit, but i have not had to call them for anything big during my time here. if u have a problem with any of the staff it might be your own fault, thats how great they are. price is hard to beat especially in this economy. easy access to arcadia and pasadena down 210 or huntington, which charge way more for the same space. one car garage; deep enough for storage. lots of extra parking but free for all, after 9pm good luck. street parking not bad though. highland ave can get busy in the mornings at 8am weekdays due to neighboring school.

I like this place specially the great view, I wish there is a gym here.

Pricey, but everything in California is . I Love The manager staff from the many years of being here. Thy go abore and beyond filling out the maintence forms and assisting me when I lock my car in the garage or apt.What I do like is, if I have a concern, the maintenance Guys get right on it.
