I love my home for the past 8 years

I moved in this 19800 property in 2015 as a temporary home while selling my other property on the market. Liked it here too much and decided to make it my permanent home. This property is very well managed, sufficiently equipped with necessary amenities for a quiet, safe and comfortable home. The rent is not cheap but considering it saved almost all of my costs to upkeep and maintain a private residence the price I've paid may not be too expensive at all.

It's the construction

It can get noisy here, especially if the tenants living above you wear concrete shoes. But this IMO is due to the seismic technology used in the construction of the building: floating floor with cables. But the noise, when it happens is tolerable. Never have had unacceptable noise after 10 PM. Management has always gone out of their way to make 19800 a comfortable and safe environment. Maintenance crew are 5-stars.
