The building manager, Luz, is absolutely fantastic! I've lived here for for over an year and a half and through and through the staff here are wonderful and they keep the place so clean. I loved that they a package concierge machine, keeping your package nice and safe until you pick up. Even if the it was full or package too big, Luz would notify you if you had a package in the mail area so it wouldn't sit out there. Any maintenance issues are addressed quickly and Luz really seems to care about the residents. Also, the complex is super dog friendly with large relief areas which are rinse down frequently so there isn't any stench coming from it.

I lived at Parkway Terrace for just over 3 years -- I fell in love with the building sight on seen and my feelings toward the complex and the unit didn't waiver in in the time I was there. The unit was newly renovated -- had in unit washer / dryer, a fireplace, and was overall just a cozy and spacious place to be. For me hands down though the highlight of Parkway Terrace was Luz. She was warm, always checked in, and made sure my packages etc were taken care of when I was traveling (which was A LOT). I also had great experiences with maintenance over the years and any issues I had were taken care of promptly and the repairs were done correctly. I will this building, the attention to detail, and care shown by Luz and the staff very much.

We lived here for around 3 years and Parkway terrace was one of the best apartments we lived in and thus never had to find a new apartment while we were in the area. We would love to stay longer if we could. Whenever we reached out to Luz regarding anything, Luz was always willing to help and was very responsive. Luz provided the best management we ever experienced and we really appreciated it! The community is also very pet friendly with lots of grass areas for pets.

Am more than impressed with how well this complex is maintained. If repairs are needed in your apartment, maintenance is done faster than promptly. The common areas are cleaned and maintained well and daily. There’s really nothing I say about this place that’s negative. But make no mistake, this doesn’t happened without Luz consistent watchful eye. I don’t have words to describe her other than excellent and what she does. It’s apparent that she is the one that keeps things going as well as they do. Her name Luz is so appropriate, she is indeed a bright light, super competent, very nice and very responsive. I can go on and on, but I think you get the picture.

We have absolutely loved our time living at Parkway Terrace and would’ve stayed longer if we could. The apartment itself was very spacious and newly renovated, which was also a huge plus. The pool, grill, and fruit trees were always very well maintained which we appreciated - and there’s lots of space to walk our dogs (doggie bags provided!) which we loved. There’s a great sense of community here with friendly neighbors who are respectful and kind. The

I lived at Parkway Terrace for almost 2 years before I bought my own place. I researched and looked at over 30 apts and settled on this one for several reasons. The first is the Company that owns and operates this complex has a very good reputation and all their apts are in great shape. My apt had just been renovated and was very well appointed with washer, dryer, kitchen island and open floor plan. The staff was wonderful, anytime I had an issue, they were there in 1-2 days to repair. The super, Luz was especially helpful and held packages for me when I was traveling and went out of her way to make my stay there very nice. I asked to move parking spaces after I got a new car and within a week I was moved to a larger spot that was more accommodating. The tenants are quiet and easy going. Very well maintained and safe building with lots of amenities, the common areas feature new BBQ grills and very nice landscaping and furniture for use by tenants. As a single woman I can highly recommend it.
