Stay a while

Quiet location. Conveniently located by anywhere you need to go in West LA. Quick drive to the airport. Upscale building with nice finishes. A good place to stay for multiple years.

Haven is a great building to live in. The management, maintenance and cleaning teams are responsive, timely, friendly and helpful. The is my favorite building in LA!

Great place but not all staff are nice.

Haven is a great place to live with wonderful amenities. Community members are generally very nice and the pool/BBQ area is great. There are lots of community events to make you feel connected. Unfortunately, there have been some loud parties thrown by younger residents, and in some cases, security has had to be called. Luckily they are responsive and usually shut the parties down within an hour or so. The staff is generally very nice, however, there are some members of the staff who are very unhelpful and unfriendly. These past experiences have made me feel uncomfortable using the front entrance of the building, because I do not feel welcomed by this particular staff member.
