No Rules

Everyone parks wherever they can included in the middle of the street. Neighboring building has people playing loud music between 2am-430am daily. You have people in the building smoking marijuana and cigarettes infront and in the back of rhe building.

Nice but bad

Parking area is small and bigger cars won’t fit down the driveway. Someone always parks two cars where only one should be parked witch makes the small area more difficult to park and take car out. People smoke cigarettes, cigars and cannabis outside our window and is a pain especially during the summer when we want to have our windows open. Some or tenants from the building and others are from neighboring buildings. The apartment overall is a nice set up and washer and dryer or good for the most part.
