The whole CODA team is terrific to deal with. They respond quickly to problems and keep the building very clean. They approach management from the perspective of creating a building where they themselves would like to live. Highly recommend.

Moved in here in March. Its a very chill building with no noisy tenants which is ideal for a young professional. Maintenance requests are super easy and the staff is very friendly.

Elevators break every other week and the garage doors in between that. Homeless camps keep poping up next tkt he building. Tge windows and doors leak water. The staff is excellent and the neighbors are friendly. The rent is proced way to high for what you get. Look elsewhere.

CODA is a really nice and well-crafted small-size apartment building. Staff and maintenance are amazing - very responsive and helpful. Very convenient and walking distance to Equinox, restaurants, grocery stores, etc. The only drawbacks are the parking spaces and amenities are lacking given this price.
