Since I've moved in, I've have a maintenance request for about 20 things including water leak. Nothing has been fixed. Laundry eats my money and machines keep breaking. Online payment portal isn't working. Already have ccs added and back account connected but keeps getting respected and doesn't work

I love coming home. It feels so serene and tranquil. Jorge is Greatest building Manager and as an human being as well. He is appropriately friendly and approachable. I think he truly cares that I'm able to continue to live here throughout the pandemic economic instability. I feel safe and secure here and have pleasant/helpful neighbors. Accidentally, left door half wide open for 4 days one time - not an issue. Left Amazon packages 3-4 days multitude of times - not an issue. Building has cleaning service 2x per week; even during 1st year of the pandemic. Completely remodeled 2019. No pests to worry about (and my "cleaning person" was inaccessible for over 2 months) except a random common mini spiders and some wall crawling oblong tiny insect. And super super quiet, unless your windows and balcony face Sepulveda. No ceiling fan or light fixture in bedrooms though. Culver City School district is not inclusive to the cost of the rent either which tips valuation scale for families. Tandem 2 car parking spots.
