I really wanted to believe the negative reviews were outdated and that the property management had improved. Unfortunately, my experience confirmed otherwise. Sunday evening, I reached out with an inquiry about a townhome listed at a specific price for January on both their property website and Zillow. The following day at 1 AM, no less--the property manager responded with confusion, claiming no available units (new rate shows available now all of a sudden) and asking where I had seen it. I provided clear proof of the listing, but when I checked again, the price had mysteriously increased. It felt like a bait-and-switch or, at best, a lack of accountability. I was hoping for transparency and professionalism, but instead got evasiveness and shifting information. Disappointing.

I have been at Fox Hollow for over 1 year. The location is convenient. The rent is fair. The neighbors are wonderful. Because the community is gated, safety is never a concern. Any maintenance concerns are handled immediately. Who doesn't want a condo in Costa Mesa with a garage, a yard, and a pool?!

Place needs lots of renovation for rent im paying. Needs better communication in management with tenets . I only recurve emails wHich I typically cant get to see right away instead of my direct #. Even a text eould be more satisfactory.
