I have been at SeaWind Apartments for four years and overall it is a good experience. Anytime there is a maintenance issue the team is on it! The location is great! Being within walking distance from the fairgrounds is great because we are a short walk from any of the events. During the fair parking can get frustrating but we are given complementary fair tickets which helps although the amount and cost change from year to year. It's pretty quiet hear and everyone seems to respect each other. There are only a few annoying rules with the pool such as the way the gate locks. Also, screens are not allowed to be placed on the outside of the doors but the inside is ok. Lastly, there are specific rules about the plants that can be on the balcony or walkways.

Family place

Very friendly neighborhood. Very kind manager. Good location. They like to keep the apartments working well, so they always fix what is in need. Nice pool and jacuzzi area with lots of BBQ around the complex. I love to leave here with my family!!!

Great Location, Great staff

I've lived here for 8 years and the location is awesome, the community is relatively quiet and reasonable with the exception of a couple of new college students at the beginning of every semester. They usually are manageable. This is a smoking complex which is hard for me now that I have a child. People tend to smoke on their balconies or in community areas where it drifts into our residence. Other than that, no complaints!
