Love our home

Customer service is lacking

The staff of these apartments are not very attentive. When something happens that is bad or where they are at fault- they don’t make strong effort to create errors that are caused by them. There is a male staff I believe he’s part of the security (middle aged bald/husky)- he’s very sweet and professional.
