It has been a great place to live for the past 6 years. My family moved here back in 2017. We were in a one bedroom up until June of this year, moved to a two bedroom. Great neighborhood (more closer to the Clayton than towards downtown Concord) only complaint is it's a long trek to get to the 680 freeway, with weekday side street traffic can take you about half hour to an hour just to reach not a problem for my husband and me because we work from home so that's no problem. The staff is great and very friendly especially the assistant manager Nancy and the maintenance manager Jaime. Structural wise, walls are a bit thin can definitely hear your neighbors (most of the neighbors have had been respectful of our and others quiet time). Not much with regards to amenities; gym and pool are small, basketball and tennis courts have been closed since pandemic, children play structure not so great, and a few barbecue pits in the back. Two laundry facilities I believe is still not enough machines to accommodate large complex of residents (but open 24 hours which is great).
