My family and I had to uproot and leave our home during, what seems like the hardest time to do so. While others are planning christmas and buying gifts for their kids or loved ones, I could not not even for their birthday. Every dime was to go towards our new home. Everywhere I looked was asking for too much upfront and too much monthly. Until finally my aunt told me to look into the district apartment homes, my cousins previously stayed here. I could honestly say from day 1 the process was amazing Kevin and Miriam went above and beyond to make it possible to move in asap. These two managed to take stress away from me during a really hard time in mine and my kids lives and instead make it an easy process. The parking here is great, haven't had a problem finding any for my loved ones that have been helping move and unpack. Not noisy at all here. And while I was worried about a new area it is really calm and quite here. Can't wait to begin this new chapter in my kids and I lives. Unfortunately there will be no tree with presents as we will be unpacking boxes instead I feel we were given the best gift of all, a home I can afford and a safe place to rest our heads. P.S. The price is soooo worth it we even have a washer and dryer amd hard wood floors!!!

Life at The District

When I first moved in back in 2019 this was a nice apartment complex for a great rental price! It was serene and convenient. I appreciate the staff at the leasing office and maintenance for always being helpful in a timely manner. Rent is good for location and apartment size. The only complain I have is that over the years they seemed to not really care about who they allowed to live there. It is a usual occurence to hear people yelling/fighting outside. Kids run amuck with no parental supervision, dogs allowed to be off leash etc. It wasnt like this when we first moved here but the quailty of community is definitely not the best. We have homeless people in and out of the complex just hanging out. But staff can only do so much. Definitely something to consider.

Amazing apartment complex!

Living in The District has been an awesome experience, living around friendly neighbors and a queit environment! The apartment complex is always cleaned , cleaned daily but their wonderful maintenance crew , my maintenance requests are always handled either same day or next business day depending in the time. The staff is super friendly! I enjoy living at The District !
