Mixes of these breeds will also not be accepted.   Cats, Small Birds, Fish*, Non-Venomous Snakes and Other Small Caged Animals Restrictions: Fish tanks above 40 gallons, medium to large birds, venomous snakes and or any animal illegal in the State of California are not permitted to occupy or visit the property or rental home. *Renter’s Insurance is required of all residents that have 20 to 40 gallon fish tanks.

Okay

Management is hars tonget a hold of, sincw ive mobed in over 3 years ago ive bwen dealing with flooring issues and its never been fixed. Windows are so outdated you can hear everything. Slweping in is not an option with trash trucks, lamd scaping, motor cucles trucks, etc

I have lived here for about 9 months now and it hasn't been the best, yet, not the worst we have encountered. we are constantly hit with new charges every month and when we try to get answers for them staff isn't in the office to help. We experienced this way too early into our lease which felt troublesome and uneasy for us. The parking is better than our last location and is a big factor in why we chose Ardella. Maintenance is usually on point with the request but it does feel like it is too long for the amount they have to cover. Our HVAC system is always on the frits that when we first moved in, which was scorching, the A/C was not working and I had the internet man swimming in his own sweat installing the internet. The crazy part was that when the weather was cold our heater wasn't working during that time. I will say that the community is peaceful and quiet.
