Flexible Deposit Option Available Reserve your apartment with a partial deposit today, and the remaining balance at lease signing. $300 due at reservation / $500 due at lease signing Total Deposit: $800 per apartment   The holding deposit is applied toward the total required security deposit once the lease is signed.
