my review was cut off we have been here since 2019. After being homeowners this was a perfect stop. We have no complaints. Neighbors and staff friendly and courteous. Recommend living here.

Beautiful!

I love living at lake view apartments! The property is beautiful, overlooking a small lake with miles of walking trails. There is adequate parking and the on-site maintenance staff is very friendly and responsive. The only noises you hear are the sounds of the geese, sometimes they're a little obnoxious, but it also reminds you of how close you are to nature. We also have access to a private dock, where we can store our little boats, kayaks, or canoes and enjoy a scenic ride around the lake.

Great place

It is a very great llace to live. Have had no problems very clean and almost no noise at all from neighbors. The people are friendly and is in a great neighborhood.

Great Place To live

I’ve lived here aince 2018, the staff jave always been friendly, whenever yhere is an issue maintenance is on it very quick. It’s close to shopping of all sorts, within walking distance to bidwell park, the neighbours are friendly and quiet. It’s a peaceful place to call home.

This has been my home for over 25 years. I've developed many friends over that time, many with just two legs and lots of feathers. It's peaceful here, and surrounded with a real sense of solid community on the Lake.
