Flexible Deposit Option Available Reserve your apartment with a partial deposit today, and the remaining balance at lease signing. $300 due at reservation / $500 due at lease signing Total Deposit: $800 per apartment The holding deposit is applied toward the total required security deposit once the lease is signed. Required: • Application fee is $55 per applicant. • Renter’s Insurance is required at residents’ expense. We offer Pro-Specialty Insurance that can be paid with your monthly rent. The monthly premium ranges from $11-$33 a month based on coverage. • Electric, Gas, Water, Sewer, Phone, Internet, and Cable are not included in rent and is the resident’s responsibility. Amounts vary monthly by usage. Electric and Gas is provided by PG&E. Water & Sewer provided by City of Chico at Cedar Park 1, 2 & 4.
