Our 3 & 4-bedroom apartments in Chico, CA are designed to give students generous personal space within a social, suite-style living environment. Ranging from 354 to 1,416 square feet, these apartments near Chico State accommodate a variety of living preferences, from private setups to larger shared homes with room for a full group of friends. FLEXIBLE DEPOSITS AVAILABLE   Reserve your apartment with a partial deposit now and pay the remaining balance at lease signing. Individual Leases: $150 now / $250 at lease signing ($400 total per resident) Joint Leases: $300 now / $500 at lease signing ($800 total per apartment) Holding deposits are applied toward the total security deposit at lease signing. The monthly premium ranges from $11-$33 a month based on coverage. • BY THE ROOM leases: Electric and Gas is residents responsibility and billed by ISM, based on usage, split evenly between all rooms.
