Parking could be hit or miss the neighbors are great and quiet but the amount of construction done next to the apartments is too loud.

When I called the emergency maintenance, they told us to call the main office that doesn't pick up calls. We didn't have our front door key for a week.

I've lived here for almost a year. The amenities are great and it has been safe. Maintenance is needed often, especially with the AC and some needing to fix. Overall, the response time has also improved with the staff.

Lived here for about a total of 8 months has been alright so far. Staff can be hard to get ahold of but haven't encountered any problems I couldn't solve. Nice and maintained unit so far.

The Edge is pretty safe to live at. The parking is good, as well. There's available parking more than often on the property and if not, the street parking can do. The furniture and area inside the apartment are good and are replaced or fixed if it's not. Also, it's a newer building so everything's still well-maintained.
