Vintage Apartments

I have been here for over 3 years and it has been a very pleasant expierience. From the manager, Ramona to the maintenance staff Vintage is run pefectly. It is clean and well maintained. Te units keep out a lot of the street noise. The neighbors are friendly and respectable of each other.

I have lived at Vintage Apartments Chatsworth since July 2020. It has been a great place to live. It is a quiet setting and the units from my expierience are sound proofed very well. It is defintely not a party building. My apartment was renovated when I moved in. The appliances (refrigerator, microwave, stove/oven and dishwasher) are top of the line. The rooms are spacious and the large walk-in closet a very nice touch. The gated parking is secure and offers peace of mind that my vehicle is secure. The property is always well maintained. Ramona, the manager is always accessible. On a 1-10 scale I rate Vintage Apartments a solid 9. The only negative I would mention is the laundry facilities. There are only 2 washers and 2 driers for 26 apartments. It is frustrating when someone leaves there laundry in a machine way past its time. This happens more than it should. Other than that Vintage Apartments is a great place to live.

I have lived here at Vintage Apartments for over 2 years now, I love my apartment. With the large walk-in bedroom closet and a good sized bedroom I can keep all of my things nicely organized. There is enough kitchen storage for dishes and cooking supplies enabling me to prepare any dinner. The built-in above stove microwave saves on counter space and the modern black appliances add a nice touch, The LED lighting is a plus. I was a little concerned at move-in that my window unit ac/heat wouldn't be adequate. Its perfect! Even during this past heatwave I was always able to keep my apartment comfortable. The best part is I just got my DWP bill that was dated 9/12 so it basically covered the heatwave and for 2 months the bill was under $200. From July10 thru September 10 lor so we had some very hot weather and I used the a/c a lot. It works out to less than $100 month to stay nice and comfortable. That seems very good to me. Finally, the building is quiet and we seem to all respect each other very well. The property is very well maintained and any needed repairs are made quickly. The one small drawback is that the laundry facilities only have 2 washers and dryers and occasionaly there is a wait, especially if someone leaves their machine occupied well after the cycle (rarely) The manager Ramona is always available during business hours and there is a night number (I never had to use) Overall Vintage Apartments rates a high 8 to nine out of 10 on my scale.

Vintage Apartments is a nice quiet building with reasonable rents. The property is well maintained and the staff is pleasant to deal with. THe secure parking lot is a huge plus!
