What guy brakes I don't know about that anonymous person they don't want to be identified I have no problem saying who I am. Very nice community the amenities are nice they're constantly upgrading things. Is it really with place was built in 1985, but most people find it charming and if you do need something repaired maintenance gets on it right away. Office staff is always on top of things the place is immaculate and very well maintained landscaping. It's quiet you get a dedicated parking spot, clean laundry rooms, clean pool, gym, and a doggie park. There's walking paths a tennis court ping pong indoors and out the list goes on and on come take a tour before you believe other reviews. Rents are competitive and the deposit is only 800.00 bucks

Residing at Nantucket Creek for a year, the experience has been ok. The property needs serious updating, as the finishes are all below grade, as are the appliances. Solar Heating needs to be installed so that there is backup power when DWP fails.
