This place is a nice and quiet place to live. Although there are discrepancies wherever you go (i.e. there's a homeless issue around the neighborhood which is sad), overall the place is quiet and peaceful. In addition, the resident manager and maintenance staff are great because they are utterly efficient and prompt when you have an issue in your unit. Lastly, if you have kids and/or fur babies, this is a great place to consider home! Thus, I would definitely recommend this to be somewhere to live whether you're working toward getting a home or a place to call home overall!

The complex is very nice - the layout is great. Some nice neighbors here. It's a good amount of space for much less than most places are going as far as I know. Some pet-owning residents are not very considerate or responsible for cleaning up after their animals and there are a lot of people who refuse to dispose of their trash properly in the trash rooms. These two qualms are the biggest issues I have had in eight years. Maintenance staff is very kind and helpful but management is hard to get a hold of and makes poor decisions that sometimes affect the residents, which is very frustrating. Overall, though, still a solid place to live with secure parking and gated entrances, which is a very good thing!

Ive lived here for a year and a half already. I have absolutely no complaints. Manager is great and maintenance staff is great.

Been here just over a year, it quiet, (minus Topanga traffic) it's always clean and if anything needs fixing maint. comes quickly.
