Awesome place to live
We've living here for a couple of years and we totally love it. Excellent team and friendly. The manager Sharleen is very friendly and helpful. The location is excellent. We highly recommended this property. We enjoyed very much the trails to walk our two rescued Yorkies. It's a wonderful place to live.

Electrical problem
Trying to get maintenance to come to my apartment because I don’t have electricity in my front room which means I can’t watch tv or use my computer. I think they are short handed today. Anyways unable to get in w/o computer so now trying on my phone.

In my three years here in Portola, I've come to appreciate it for many reasons. The current manager is helpful, the maintenance staff are very responsive and keep things well maintained. The amenities include a workout room, pool,, barbecues, and community rooms and areas for entertaining. It is a park-like setting, back from traffic noise, with many trees and flowers. Even the gardeners are nice. The only thing that bothers me is that they spray chemicals on the flora, which has been proven toxic. However, I would like to end on a positive note. My neighbors are truly wonderful people, generous and kind...the best thing about being here.

excellent apartments
I have lived here since October 2018 since relocating from Monrovia, CA The location is top notch, except I really wish that the shopping center in the vacant lot has been built. Vons is 6 miles away, and if you are a senior without a car that can be a problem. The apartments which may seem small are quite spacious in todays and future market. all amenities are excellent including maintenance. The major problem I've seen is the numerous change over of community manager position. I love living here and hopefully will continue to.
